Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping within Canada. All prices and shipping fees are in Canadian dollars. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday and orders are shipped out on those days (excluding statutory holidays) same day or next day. Orders are shipped via courier or Canada Post. Delivery times vary however many of the major urban cities will receive their orders the next business day from when we ship the order.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Discount codes are for customers to use when the customer has an account with one of the programs: SAIL, Supplemental Health, WCB, SGI. The discount codes will not be accepted without a valid customer account number through the customers program. All discount code sales are on hold until sale approved through the customers program (SAIL, Supplemental Health, WCB, SGI). In the event of a decline of services by customer program, the sale discount code will become invalid for that sale.
Most of the best-selling items are kept in stock in our warehouse and can therefore be shipped out same day or next day. Special order or uncommon items that are not regular stock items will need to be ordered. We then ship those items out as soon as we receive them. We will notify you of any items that are not in stock.

Returns & Replacements
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your items at your own cost within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or replacement. If you would like to return a product that you purchased at carmedsup.com, you require a Return Authorization. Before returning any items back to us, please send us an email to email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization and instructions on where to ship the return. Once this step is complete, you can ship your product back to us at your own cost. Only products that have been returned in new, original, unopened packaging with a receipt are eligible for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee may apply. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, except in the event of carmedsup.com error. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable.
